The HM-P series friction material drying tunnels are special equipment for the electrostatic powder spraying line for disc brake pads. The products are featured by uniform spraying on the surface of products, fast heating speed, good thermal insulation performance, uniform temperature in the working chamber, smooth transition, compact structure, good-looking appearance, safety and reliability, and low operating costs.

Structure & features

1. High production efficiency, suitable for mass production;

2. Multiple advanced patented technologies (Patent No. ZL2014 2 0750680.4 and ZL2014 2 0750832.0) used for powder spraying transmission and transition, resulting in uniform spraying and smooth transition;

3. Advanced patented cooling technology (Patent No. ZL2014 2 0750904.1) used for the cooling line, resulting in quick cooling, centralized discharge of exchanged hot air, and less impact of hot air on the workshop environment;
