Product introduction
The HM-L/V/D series friction material curing ovens are special production equipment developed based on the production process characteristics of disc brake pads, drum brake pads and clutch facings and considering advanced technologies at home and abroad.
According to different air circulation modes, this series can be divided into the horizontal air supply curing oven (HM-L), vertical air supply curing oven (HM-V) and two-side air supply curing oven (HM-D). Customers can choose curing ovens with different air circulation modes according to their different products and different arrangements to achieve highly uniform temperature in the working chamber and good curing effects.

Safety
Low-load wound electric heating tubes on the surface, with surface temperature less than 350 ºC, eliminating combustion and explosion hazards;
Forced large-air-volume ventilation, making the concentration of dangerous gases in the oven always within a safe range;
Safety relief door, which can minimize loss in case of an accident.

Energy saving
Thermal insulation material: high quality aluminum silicate wool (ASW), making surface temperature≤room temperature +10ºC.

Quality assurance
The temperature uniformity is enhanced to be within ±3ºC, ensuring the quality of your products.
