Product Description

Application:
It is used for stationary/rotary curing of motor stators/rotors, and is widely used in the production of marine motors, high voltage motors, large AC/DC motors, special motors, etc.
 

Function:
It solves the problem of uneven painting of stators/rotors during static curing, which affects their electrical properties.

Safety:

1. The surface is low-load winding finned electric heating tubes, and the surface temperature is less than 350 ºC, which eliminates combustion and explosion hazards;
2. Large-air-volume forced ventilation, which keeps the dangerous gas concentration inside the oven always in a safe range;
3. Exhaust pressure detection and alarm: heating will automatically stop when the exhaust is abnormal
4. It has a large-area venting door, which can minimize the loss in case of an accident;
5. Interlocking control of the forced draft fan/circulating fan/heating power supply;
6. High temperature combustible gas detection, control and alarm (optional).

Centralized Computer Control System (CCS) and Distributed Control System (DCS)

The distributed control system (DCS), consisting of intelligent instruments and upper computer, has the advantages of centralized management and decentralized control. Both control and data acquisition are completed by lower computers, and the upper computer is responsible for real-time monitoring of the whole process, recording and printing historic data, and controlling each lower computer(temperature controller).

Functions and features
1. It can display and store the temperature of multiple ovens; 
2. It can realize the functions of multiple main control instruments and over-temperature alarm instruments on the computer, such as setting given values, setting parameters, starting/stopping programs, modifying programs; 
3. It can automatically record the temperature value during the drying process; 
4. It can print the historical temperature recorded by the computer.
