• Shrink-fit assembly of motor rotor cores and shafts.
• Shrink-fit assembly of aluminum housings and stator coils of medium and small motors, as well as transmission shafts and bearings.
• The insulation burn-off oven is mainly used to remove insulation varnish from motor coils during motor repair, eliminating the hazardous conditions associated with traditional open burning methods.

 

 

Features

1. Surface temperature rise of the oven shell: ≤ ambient temperature +20 °C. For special locations, please refer to JB/T 5520-91.
2. An advanced hot-air circulation system ensures excellent temperature uniformity inside the oven.
3. The inner chamber is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and equipped with thermal expansion joints, preventing deformation at high temperatures and ensuring long service life.
4. Various door configurations are available:
   • Top door: sliding or tilting type
   • Front door: sliding or vertical lifting type
5. Door operation options: manual, electric, or hydraulic; door structure available in single-layer or double-layer design.
6. Heating methods available: electric, gas, or oil heating.
