Product introduction
This series is mainly used by automotive interior manufacturers for pre-drying of thermoplastic sheets, PU composite boards, EVA sheets, EPDM, XPE, composite PVC, corrugated boards, glass fiber and other sheet materials and PP wood powder base materials (including ceilings, dashboards, carpets and other interiors) before molding.
 

Performance
The equipment adopts the upper and lower double-sided high infrared tube radiation heating mode or ceramic heating tile radiation heating mode. The time control mode or temperature control mode can be chosen. The equipment is featured by uniform temperature control in each zone, reasonable structure design, accurate feed positioning, good thermal insulation and high production efficiency.
