Product introduction
Sintering is an important procedure in the forming process of PTFE products. It will cause fundamental changes in the properties of PTFE products.
Sintering temperature, cooling speed and other technological conditions directly affect the molecular weight, crystallinity and porosity of products, while the molecular weight, crystallinity and porosity also affect the physical, mechanical and electrical properties of products. At the same time, the quality of the sintering process also affects the magnitude and distribution of residual stress in products. Improper sintering process control will lead to warpage, deformation and even cracking of products.
The PTFE sintering oven produced by our company is featured by good temperature uniformity, high degree of automation and stable performance., and is ideal special equipment for sintering PTFE products.
 

Performance & features
1. Highly uniform temperature: the imported high-precision 6-channel or 12-channel temperature patrol detection recorder can be configured according to the user's needs, and the actual working temperature of each point in the oven can be displaced and recorded during the whole process.
2. High precision of temperature control: the main temperature control meter adopts an intelligent program temperature controller, which can program multi-segment programs, with PID self-tuning and SSR solid-state-relay + cycle controller for power regulation, and the whole process of sintering can be completed automatically. The sintering tunnel can be divided into multiple temperature zones for temperature control, so that the temperature in the entire working chamber is more uniform. Cooling can be done according to the process curve program. The air inlet of the cooling fan of the sintering oven can automatically control the opening angle, and the air outlet is equipped with a fully automatic exhaust valve. All oven actions are controlled by PLC in a centralized way, and the sintering process is completed automatically.
3. Stable and reliable quality: the blower motor, impeller and electric heater are all made of high temperature resistant materials, which can adapt to the continuous and uninterrupted work 24 hours a day. The quality is stable and reliable; the noise is low; the oven body do not joggle during working.
4. Easy maintenance: the fan, electric heater and other accessories are all standardized and modularized according to different sintering oven structures, so that it is more accurate to identify failures and it is more convenient, timely and cost-saving to maintain and repair accessories. 
5. This equipment is an intelligent sintering oven featured by high uniformity and high reliability and specially designed and manufactured for PTFE which has extremely high requirements for uniformity in the oven.
