The process flow of Hapl-3 (multiple-temperature-zone) Multi-Station Vacuum Potting (Glue Dispensing) and Curing Production Line/Curing Oven:
Automatic (manual) loading-- preheating -- vacuum potting -- horizontal ferrying -- multi-temperature zone curing -- cooling -- automatic (manual) discharge (followed by automatic loading).
High safety
Surface Low-load finned electric heating tubes, with surface temperature less than 350 ºC, which eliminates combustion and explosion hazards;
Electric forced ventilation, keeping the concentration of dangerous gases in the preheating and curing chambers within the safe range;
Interlocking of the forced ventilation fan, circulating fan and heating power supply.
Low energy consumption
The lifting door of the heating chamber is sealed, preventing heat from dissipate outside;
The surface temperature rise is ≤ room temperature + 15ºC.
Smooth operation
Mechanical positioning- accurate and reliable
The double-speed chain is used for load bearing, and the conveyor chain is used for conveyance. Load bearing and conveyance are separated, which is one of our patented technologies.
