Product introduction
Non-metallic composite materials include synthetic resin, rubber, ceramics, graphite, carbon, etc. They are mainly applied in aerospace, rail transportation, automobile industry, chemical industry, textile industry, machinery manufacturing, medicine, sports devices, building materials, etc.
Zhisheng provides curing ovens with different vacuum conditions for different fields and different process parameters.

Safety
The surface is low-load wound finned electric heating tubes, and the surface temperature is less than 350 ºC, which eliminates combustion and explosion hazards;
Large-air-volume forced ventilation, keeping the dangerous gas concentration inside the oven always in a safe range;
Exhaust pressure detection and alarm: heating will automatically stop when the exhaust is abnormal.

Energy saving
High efficiency and energy saving heat exchanger: recycling discharged heat;
Thermal insulation material: high quality aluminum silicate wool; surface temperature ≤room temperature +10ºC  

Quality assurance
 The temperature uniformity is enhanced to be within ±3ºC, ensuring the quality of your products
