Product Introduction
The HM-S series friction material drying tunnels are special equipment for scorching brake pads. The products can be connected with grinders, shot blasting machines, and painting lines to realize continuous and uninterrupted automatic production of disc brake pads.
Before scorching, the braking surface is in its original state, producing uneven friction force in braking, and the friction coefficient is larger, easy to produce vibration and noise. This would seriously influence the customer's use experience during the process of braking. The special scorching machine of our company can scorch brake pads at a high temperature, solving the problem of being easy to produce vibration and noise, and can carbonize the initial surface of brake pads, resulting in even friction force, smooth braking, comfort and no noise.
