The HG-S Series Instrument Transformer Tunnel Furnace is a fully automatic vacuum drying, mold preheating, primary curing, and secondary curing tunnel furnace independently developed, designed, and produced by our company. It is suitable for epoxy resin curing of instrument transformers and preheating (pre-drying) of coils and molds. This series uses workpiece trays for continuous and uninterrupted automatic production, and is featured by compact structure, good-looking, safety and reliability, low operating costs, good temperature uniformity and unique hot air circulation method, and can meet the curing requirements of instrument transformers of different processes.
1. A reasonable hot air circulation method can be chosen according to the way the products are placed on the tray to make the temperature in the furnace more uniform and the curing (drying) effect better.
2. It adopts advanced electrical control and intelligent program temperature controllers, which can set heating and transmission programs according to different processes. It is easy to operate and has reliable performance. It can be optionally provided with configuration software, computer centralized-distributed control, PLC touch screen control, on-site controllability, mobile remote access and other more advanced automated control operations as needed.
3. The low thermal conductivity high quality aluminum silicate wool (ASW) and the unique filling method ensure good thermal insulation performance of the curing furnace and realize energy saving.
4. The computer management software for multiple tunnel furnaces reasonably monitors and manages actual on-site operations, further achieving energy saving and improving production efficiency.
5. It adopts advanced patented conveying technology (patent number ZL2015 2 0766703.5), pallet beat conveying, and pallet positioning is accurate and reliable.
