HK series high voltage switch/bushing curing furnace is mainly used for curing the insulators of high voltage electrical appliances such as gas insulated metal enclosed switchgears (GIS) and sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers (SF6) after epoxy casting. This series is featured by high level of automation, good temperature uniformity, easy operation and good-looking.
1. The bottom of the oven is equipped with a roller bed, which makes it easy and convenient for products to enter and exit the curing oven.
2. The advanced hot air circulation system ensures good temperature uniformity in the oven.
3. Two sets of high temperature alarm systems and manual/automatic intermittent high-volume ventilation ensure the safety of oven operation.
4. The unique circulating air ventilation mode speed up the volatilization of the solvent in the epoxy resin and shorten the drying time.
