This process enhances the mechanical strength, thermal stability and electrical insulation properties of the wire or cable.  It comes in a batch or conveyor oven.

Our Advantages

1. Good temperature uniformity in the oven, and the temperature fluctuation is controlled within ±3°C under a constant temperature of 100°C at full load in the oven;
2. Good thermal insulation performance of the oven, and the temperature of the oven surface (except for special locations) is controlled within room temperature +15°C, thus saving energy;
3. Compact structure, reasonable layout, small footprint and smaller heat dissipation area;
4. Self-propelled electric flat cart, which makes it easy for workpieces to enter and exit the over and facilitates operation;
5. There are two layers of sealing between the flat cart and the oven body to reduce the heating area and heat loss of the oven, ensuring a low-temperature environment for the transmission part of the flat cart;
6. The air duct outlet of the oven is equipped with a wind deflector, which can adjust the air direction to control heat distribution, beneficial to the heating of workpieces;
7. A forced exhaust device is installed on the top of the oven to reduce environmental pollution in the workshop.
