Structure:

2. Electrostatic Spray Gun: The spray gun is responsible for applying the powder to the substrate. It consists of a high-voltage power supply, a charging electrode, and a nozzle. The powder is charged as it passes through the electrode and is propelled towards the substrate by compressed air.
3. Control System: The control system manages the operation of the powder supply system, the electrostatic spray gun, and the conveying system. It allows the operator to adjust parameters such as the voltage, air pressure, and powder flow rate to achieve the desired coating effect.
4. Conveying System: This system moves the substrates through the spraying line. It can be a conveyor belt, a chain, or a roller system, depending on the type and size of the substrates being coated.
5. Curing Oven: After the powder is applied, the substrates enter the curing oven, where the powder melts and bonds to the substrate surface, forming a uniform and durable coating.

Working Principle:

1. Powder Charging: The powder is charged as it passes through the electrostatic spray gun. The charged particles are attracted to the grounded substrate due to the opposite charge, creating an electrostatic force.
2. Powder Application: The powder is propelled towards the substrate by compressed air, and the electrostatic force causes the powder to wrap around the substrate, ensuring a uniform coating. The excess powder falls back into the recovery system.
3. Curing Process: The substrates with the applied powder enter the curing oven, where the powder melts and flows out to form a smooth and continuous film. The powder is cured, creating a strong bond with the substrate.
4. Recovery System: The excess powder is collected and recycled back into the powder supply system, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient operation.
