Product Description

It is an automatic preheating, vacuum potting, curing and cooling assembly line independently developed, designed and produced by Ningbo Zhisheng Oven Co., Ltd; The precise positioning of the workpiece disk, smooth operation mode and the structure have been granted national patents. It optimizes the air blast circulation mode and realizes the online continuous phased temperature control.

It addresses three core issues-product quality, production safety and operating costs-of micro motors, micro transformers, new energy vehicle motors, electronic capacitors, brakes, frequency converters, controllers and other products.

Process flow:

Automatic (manual) loading-- preheating -- vacuum potting -- horizontal ferrying -- multi-temperature zone curing -- cooling -- automatic (manual) discharge (followed by automatic loading)

Process layout:

Square-shaped with a smaller square inside(a shape resembling the Chinese character 'Hui' with two nested squares), which is reasonable and has a small footprint.  

High safety

Low surface loading finned electric heating tubes, with surface temperature less than 350 ºC, which eliminates combustion and explosion hazards;

The electric forced ventilation keeps the concentration of dangerous gas in the preheating and curing chamber within the safe range;
Interlocking control of the forced ventilation fan, circulating fan and heating power supply. 

Low energy consumption:
The lifting door to the heating chamber is sealed , so heat does not come out.  
Surface temperature rise ≤room temperture+15ºC

Smooth operation
Mechanical positioning- accurate and reliable
The double-speed chain is used for load bearing, and the conveyor chain is used for conveyance. Load bearing and conveyance are separated, which is patented technology.

Long service life
The warranty period for the heating tubes is three years.
The heating chamber has no conveyance mechanism or electronic positioning device, nor pneumatic blocking mechanism or element, so the operation is stable, and it can operate for a long time with little maintenance and aging.

Quality assurance:
Single-temperature zone control for preheating;
In the curing section, independent temperature control is made for multiple temperature zones, with a single-row or double-row structure, meeting the needs of long-term curing.
Horizontal or vertical blast are available, depending on your products;  
The temperature uniformity is enhanced to be within ±5ºC, guaranteeing the quality of your products.
