Product Introduction
HB-T Series Transformer Gradient Temperature Curing Oven/Drying Oven is a new generation of special electric heating equipment independently developed and designed by Ningbo Zhisheng Oven Co., Ltd specially for dry transformer manufacturers by considering domestic and international advanced technology. Its intellectual property rights are independently owned by Ningbo Zhisheng Oven Co., Ltd.

According to the production process characteristics of the dry transformer, during the initial epoxy resin curing stage, it is preferred that there is a reverse gradient temperature (from low to high) distribution in the oven and each temperature distribution can be controlled as required, which can effectively reduce micro cracks, small bubbles and other defects caused by the internal stress of epoxy resin, so as to ensure that the "partial discharge" of the product does not exceed the standard. Therefore the HB series reverse gradient curing oven is an ideal upgrading product for curing dry transformers in the transformer industry.
